2023 “All New” Musician Calendar
The 2023 Calendar displays two re-drawn illustrations of Elton John (Goodbye Yellow Brick Road album) and Freddie Mercury (“Bohemian Rhapsody”). There is one month that displays a digitally assembled image of four of the Beatles illustrations. The assembly was done to emulate the Let It Be album. Plus there are nine completely new illustrations. Three of these new illustrations had to include multiple band members.

2023 “All Texas” Musician Calendar SOLD OUT
Adding Lyle Lovett to the roster of Look Closer Illustrations subjects this year was enlightening. His song, “That’s Right (You’re Not From Texas)” is now one of my favorites. The lyric, if you know the song, goes on to say, “but Texas WANTS you anyway!”
It is true. Texas wants you, and you want a Texas Calendar. Don’t you?
Well, unfortunately the “All Texas” calendar has sold out. . . . Look for the 2024 version in about 9 months. . .
